With empathy, humor, and depth, Lisa ‘Lis’ Kasle guides students through yoga and healing practices that cultivate resilience, balance, and embodied well-being. Her work weaves together breath, movement, energy work, sound, and therapeutic bodywork into experiences that are grounded, informed, and deeply human.
Lisa has completed 5,000+ hours of training across yoga, bodywork, and the healing arts. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) from the University of Toronto, with a focus on sports medicine and psychology, and has pursued advanced training in yoga therapy, Reiki mastery, sound healing, and myomassology. She is also a member of The Yoga Institute, the world’s oldest organized yoga school, reflecting her commitment to lineage, discipline, and lifelong study.
Her teaching is informed by both scientific understanding of the body and sustained inquiry into philosophy and consciousness. Drawing from traditions including yin and restorative yoga, Reiki, Vedantic philosophy, and somatic healing practices, Lisa creates spaces that are intentional, supportive, and accessible.
Students often describe her classes as grounding, intelligent, and deeply nourishing, rooted in skill, presence, and trust.

Lisa continues her lifelong study through advanced trainings, retreats, and mentorship with respected teachers in yoga, philosophy, and consciousness. Most recently, she deepened her training in the Iyengar tradition with Chris Briney, refining her foundation in alignment, precision, and therapeutic application. Her influences include Dr. Hansaji Yogendra, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Marianne Williamson, Eckhart Tolle, sound healer Jeralyn Glass, and others.
Her approach honors both discipline and compassion, reminding students that time on the mat is not about performance, it is about relationship with the body, breath, and self.
Lisa’s offerings are rooted in yoga, energy work, and therapeutic practices intended to support balance and well-being. They are not medical treatments. She does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide allopathic care. Participation is voluntary and at each individual’s discretion

CLIENT TESTIM0NIALS
“I'm new to practicing yoga. As I have aged, my body needed more flexibility, clarity in thought and focus and a repeatable positive experience. I was fortunate to discover Lisa as a guide and a teacher who more than exceeded all of my expectations.
Every lesson is different, as Lisa has an innate ability to understand my physical state that day and determine the appropriate path forward for each practice. Not only that, she combines that with creating an ambience that is soothing to the spirit through music, essential oil diffusers and temperature control. I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health through yoga”

“Lisa was hired to lead a yoga and sound experience for our staff wellness holiday party, and I’m so grateful she was. My partner and I had never done anything like this before, so we walked in feeling nervous and a little out of our comfort zone.
From the moment we began, Lisa created such a calming and supportive space that we were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves. By the end, we felt grounded, restored, and genuinely surprised by how much our bodies needed it. What started as anxiety turned into something incredibly empowering. We’re even looking into practicing yoga twice a month now.”
